My paper was accepted into ACM CHI 2023 conference! and received the best paper award 🏆

I am thrilled to announce that my paper “Changes in Research Ethics, Openness, and Transparency in Empirical Studies between CHI 2017 and CHI 2022” has been accepted for presentation at the ACM CHI 2023 conference. It has also been recognized as the best paper (top 1%).

ACM CHI is a prestigious conference in the field of human-computer interaction, and I am honored to have the opportunity to share my research with fellow scholars.

In this paper, we answered the question, “are HCI research papers ethical, open, and transparent? “ We examined the changes in research ethics, openness, and transparency in empirical studies over the past five years, specifically focusing on the differences between CHI 2017 and CHI 2022. We found that some aspects are improved, but others need more attention.
